1. Henry FROLICH (Jr), born abt 1777 in Orangeburg District, South Carolina; died bef 26 Jun 1841 in Autauga County, Alabama, son of Henry FROLICH. He married Mary [---].
Notes for Henry FROLICH (Jr): Acquired 110 acres of land, surveyed 4 March 1816, Orangeburgh District. Acquired 238 1/2 acres of land surveyed 9 July 1835 in St. Mathews Parish, Orangeburgh District on Mill Creek. Fralick, Henry - State of Alabama. Autauga County. Henry Fralicks Will. In the name of God-Amen. Know all men by these presents that I Henry Fralick do make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner following That is to say that all my property remain together till all my just debts be paid. It is my will that my daughter Ann and my son Malichi Evans receive their education and that all my children have as much in money or a negro as I have give n my daughter Rebecca and Mary and Adam which was a negro and a bed. My daughter Ann and my son Malichi Evans each to have a horse saddle and bridle the n the division to take place. My wife Polly I give an equal part with my children-one childs part. I give to my sons Adam, John, and Jacob and my Brotherinlaw Henry DeBardelabern which will be my Executors in trust all that part of my Estate that may fall to my daughter Rebecca Rowe for the use of Rebeccas Children that she has now or may have hereafter but my daughter Rebecca is to have the use or income of the property so long as she may live, after her death it to be equally divided among her children. I also give or authorize to sell any part of the land that might fall to Rebeccas children and buy land where convenient for the same money for the children of Rebecca and that none of the income mentioned to Rebecca of the property shall be taken for no debts she or her husband may make whatsoever but the trustees above mentioned to have care over the property. It is my will that if an y of my children die leaving no child, their part of my Estate to fall back to my children that may then be living and equally divided among them. Lastly I appoint my three sons and Brotherinlaw Adam Fralick, John Fralick, Jacob Fralick, and Henry DeBardelabern Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven. Signed sealed and delivered this 17 day of June 1837. Notes for Mary [---]: Fralick, Mary [widow of Henry Fralick} The State of Alabama. Autauga County. Mary Fralick to Children. Know all men by these presents that I Mary Fralick of the county aforesaid for and in consideration of the love good will and affection which I have and do bear toward my children John D Fralick, Jacob Fralick and Malichi E. Fralick of the same county have by these presents given granted conveyed and forever confirmed to the said John Jacob and Malichi my part of the land of the estate of Henry Fralick deceased and two hundred and fifty dollars to be equally divided among the said John Jacob and Malichi Fralick. And also I give my daughter Rebecca Row Four Hundred fifty dollars and do appoint Thomas Hutchinson as trustee for my daughter Rebecca's part of money aforesaid and to pay the said Rebecca the interest of the said Four Hundred and fifty dollars annually and at the death the principal to be equally divided between her four youngest children. And also I give to my daughter Mary Tatum Four Hundred fifty dollars to her and her bodily heirs And likewise Ann Hutchison Four Hundred and fifty dollars which Money the aforesaid Ann Hutchison is to purchase a Negro for her whole benefit during life and at the death of the aforesaid Ann Hutchison the said Negro is to be appropriated to the benefit of her body heirs. Furthermore Thomas Hutchison is to have no right to trade sell or barter in any shape or form but for the benefit of her children. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of October AD 1846. Mary Fralick [SEAL] Signed sealed and delivered in presence of Henry DeBardelabern Warren L. DeBardelaben. And furthermore if the aforesaid Thomas W. Hutchinson is to leave the aforesaid County of Autauga Henry DeBardalabern is to be appointed trustee in his place for the money willed to the aforesaid Rebecca Row. a. Mary M. FROLICH, born abt 1809 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina; died in Autauga County, Alabama. She married on 15 Sep 1837 in Autauga County, Alabama Littleberry TATUM.
b. Rebecca FROLICH, born abt 1810 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina; died in Autauga County, Alabama. She married abt 1828 Henry ROWE (Jr), died 8 Jun 1853 in Autauga County, Alabama. Orangeburg Co. SC 1830 census. Autauga Co. AL 1840 census. Henry and Rebecca Rowe "of Autauga County" sold land in Autauga Co., AL in November 1837.
c. John D. FROLICH, born abt 1815 in Orangeburg District, South Carolina; died 1860 in Autauga County, Alabama. He married on 24 Nov 1842 in Autauga County, Alabama Charlotte J. ZEIGLER, daughter of Henry ZEIGLER and Delilah WHETSTONE.
d. Jacob FROLICH, born in Orangeburg County, South Carolina; died in Autauga County, Alabama.
e. Ann E. FROLICH, born abt 1823 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina; died in Autauga County, Alabama. She married on 26 Aug 1844 in Autauga County, Alabama Thomas W. HUTCHINSON.
f. Adam FROLICH, born in Orangeburg County, South Carolina; died in Autauga County, Alabama. He married on 16 Sep 1842 in Autauga County, Alabama Elizabeth GARRIS.
Notes for Adam FROLICH Adam Fralick and Elizabeth Garris had two children, Henry Fralick and Mary "Mollie" Fralick who married Frederick Paige Smith. After Adam's death about 1850, Elizabeth married Jacob Rupenthall. - ts.
g. Malichi Evans FROLICH, born abt 1829 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina; died in Autauga County, Alabama. He married on 16 Aug 1849 in Autauga County, Alabama Margaret JOHNSON.
