Migration of Joseph HOLMAN and Anne S. PARLER

1. Joseph HOLMAN, born abt 1781 in Bull Swamp, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina; died 25 Aug 1825 in Washington, Alabama, son of Joseph HOLMAN and Catherine WOLFE. He married on 18 Dec 1806 in St. Matthews, South Carolina Anne S. PARLER, born in South Carolina; died 24 Aug 1844, daughter of Shadrach PARLER and Susannah [---].

Notes for Joseph HOLMAN: The family moved to Alabama where the father Joseph died in 1825. Then they moved on to Mississippi where they stayed.

Children of Joseph HOLMAN and Anne S. PARLER were as follows:

a. Mesheche Parler HOLMAN, born 22 Dec 1807 in Bull Swamp, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina; died 6 Feb 1883 in Forest, Scott Co., Mississippi. She married on 8 Jan 1839 in Swift Creek, Autauga Co., Alabama Martha Emelia LANGFORD, born in Georgia.

b. Albert D. HOLMAN, born 1809 in Bull Swamp, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina.

c. Joseph Shadrache HOLMAN, born 1811 in Bull Swamp, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina; died 1838.

d. Melchoir HOLMAN, born 1813 in Bull Swamp, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina. He married on 20 Nov 1837 Elizabeth JACKSON.

e. Ann HOLMAN, born 1821 in Bull Swamp, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina. She married on 30 Oct 1839 Josiah DURDEN.
