Annually renewing Membership is open to all who are interested in Orangeburgh genealogy, and who are interested in supporting the objectives of the Society.
Members receive the OGSGS Newsletter published four
times per year. The newsletter covers such topics as: lineage charts, new First Families biographies, family bibles,
cemeteries, personal diaries, queries, book reviews, courthouse records, surname lists, surveys, memorials,
plats, deeds, etc.

OGSGS Annual Membership term is a calendar year beginning January 1 and expiring December 31. Members joining before July 1 will receive via email any previously issued newsletters for the year and the membership will run through the current year. Those joining July 1 or later will not receive any back issues, but will receive any remaining mailed issues for the year and the membership will run through December 31 of the following year.
OGSGS Life Membership is a non-transferrable lifetime membership for an individual or for two or more persons residing at the same address. Pay once for your membership in OGGSGS and never have to pay again. The membership fee is on a sliding scale based on age. We ask that you provide your birthdate for verification of current age.
Annual Membership Renewals: We will identify you from your name, address and/or email address.
