Migration of John Henry MOORER (Sr) and Sarah Ann FELDER
1. John Henry MOORER (Sr), born 26 Dec 1756 in Orangeburgh, South Carolina; died aft 1798 in Farmersville, Alabama, son of Peter MOORER (Jr) and Magdalene HORGER. He married in 1776 Sarah Ann FELDER, born 1756; died 1791, daughter of Johannes Henry FELDER (Sr) and Mary Elizabeth SHAUMLOFFEL.
Notes for John Henry MOORER (Sr): 1757 On Wednesday March 9th Administered private Baptism at the House of Peter Murer in Orangeburgh to John Henry, son of the said Peter Murer, Junr. and Magdalene his wife. Born December 26th 1756. (Rev. Giessendanner).

a. Mary Ann Catharine MOORER, born 15 Mar 1777 in Orangeburgh, South Carolina; died 31 Dec 1848 in Santee, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina; buried in Dantzler-Hart Cem., Santee, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina. She married in Jun 1796 in Orangeburgh, South Carolina Frederick DANTZLER, born 15 Apr 1774 in Orangeburgh, South Carolina; died 3 Jun 1853 in Santee, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina; buried in Dantzler-Hart Cem., Santee, Orangeburg Co., South Carolina, son of Hans Jacob DANTZLER and Elizabeth Barbara CARN.
Notes for Mary Ann Catharine MOORER: The 1937 Wannamaker Makay etc. book makes the error that this Mary Ann Catherine Moorer was the daughter of Samuel Moorer and Elizabeth Bowman. Samuel and Elizabeth did have a daughter named Mary but she was about 2 years old when Frederick Dantzler and Mary Ann Catherine Moorer married in June 1796. She was the only daughter of John Henry Moorer Sr. and his wife Sarah Felder. This is disputed by some Felder researchers as children of Capt. Henry Felder Sr. seem to be well documented and no Sarah shown. Ernest S. Moorer in his Moorer Family History listed Sarah (Felder) Moorer as wife of John Henry Moorer and her year of birth as 1756 and daughter of Henry Felder in two different versions of the Moorer Family History.
b. Jacob MOORER, born Aug 1779; died 1822. He married Polly [---]. REF: Moorer, Connor, Murrary book by Monroe Black (1997)
c. John Henry MOORER, born 26 Dec 1780; died 26 Oct 1846. He married in 1801 Mary DANTZLER, born 17 Sep 1784; died 1 Apr 1868, daughter of Hans Jacob DANTZLER and Elizabeth Barbara CARN.
