Shipping and Handling
- There is no shipping and handling (S&H) charge for downloadable items or memberships.
- If a shippable item is added to your cart and later removed, the S&H charge will still appear even if no shippable items remain.
- To remove the S&H charge, all items must be removed from your cart. You may then re-add non-shippable items without incurring the S&H fee.
Order Confirmation and Delivery
- Shortly after checkout, you will receive a “Thank You” email from [email protected] containing a link to your personal downloads page.
- Ensure [email protected] is on your approved senders list.
- Your personal downloads page will contain temporary links to the purchased documents. These must be downloaded and saved to your computer for future use.
- These links will expire fourteen days after purchase or after 4 downloads. If you have any difficulty in downloading or saving the documents to your computer please contact: [email protected]
Downloadable Products
- Each downloadable document is delivered as a single PDF file containing a table of contents, described content, and an index.
- Some files may be large and could take several minutes to download on slower broadband connections (1 Mbps).
- Downloads over a dial-up connection are not recommended.

Restrictions
- Download links are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.
- Membership and download purchases are non-refundable once files have been accessed.
